The hotel offers spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms. The service was extremely welcoming and the staff were all friendly and attentive. The location is ideal, close to the Blloku area for dining out and nearby attractions. The dining experience was tasty and filling. However, the rooms may benefit from renovation for a 5-star standard and the hotel's closure in the evening for events can disrupt relaxation.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a bit of a bare feel but with a rural touch resembling an Austrian mountain chalet. However, they could look better as they felt a bit old-fashioned for a 5-star hotel. On the bright side, the room had a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a stocked minibar.
The hotel is situated in the bustling city center of Tirana, offering a very central location close to Skanderbeg Square and within walking distance of many historic sights and entertainment venues. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is nice and very efficient. While the dining experience was not too good on some days, the outdoor pool and indoor spa facilities were excellent.
